1992: founded in Taipei, Taiwan, manufactured electrical contacts.

1999: The first Taiwan Company locates in Mainland China.

2000: Introduction into ISO management system in September.

2001: Obtained approval of ISO 9001:2000 by BSI Company.

2003: built SECA in Dongguan (individual proprietorship)
